Lucy, a consultant at Efeca Éire, focusses on soya, beef and regenerative agriculture practices and collaborating with public and private sector clients in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and internationally. Her previous experience includes responsible sourcing roles in food retail and manufacturing, both in the UK and Ireland.
Mother tongue Italian and English speaker, she holds a Masters degree in Business Sustainability from UCD Smurfit and Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board.
