Francesca is a Senior Consultant at Efeca with 7 years of experience working on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), forest-risk commodities (FRCs) supply chains, REDD+, nature-based solutions (NbS) and climate finance. She has led evaluations and reviews, technical research and analyses, and managed projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including CIFOR, Defra, DESNZ, FCDO, ISEAL, P4F, TFA, WRI and ZSL. She played a key role in the Global Resource Initiative (GRI) and is currently MEL lead for the UK Sustainable Commodities Initiative (UKSCI).
Fluent in English and Italian, she also understands French and Spanish at B2 level. Her expertise covers project management and programme delivery, as well as technical research and analytical report writing. She has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, trade and market analysis, and global collaborations. She was also co-author of the WRI report on traceability and transparency for the Forest Data Partnership.
