The Efeca team is growing!

We were delighted to welcome four new members of the Efeca team at the beginning of September: Matthew Ford, Emily Kellett, Francesca Marietti and Jake Willis.

Matthew Ford is a Senior Consultant, with a focus on biofuels, biomass and carbon finance/ accounting.  He was Head of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Directive Strategy for the Clean Growth Directorate at the UK government Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

Emily Kellett has a MSc in Conservation and Biodiversity and a BSc in Zoology.  She has joined us as a Researcher.

Francesca Marietti speaks Italian, French and English.  She has a BA CH in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Exeter University.  She has joined us as a Researcher.

Jake Willis, previously from the Forest Peoples Programme, is a Senior Consultant.  As well as speaking 8 languages, he specialises in forest governance, land rights and land reform, particularly on investigating the realities of carbon, commodities and biodiversity projects for forests and forest-dependent communities.
